Tyler T Prime, Esquire, has been in practice at Prime & Tuvel since 2012, where he has applied his entrepreneurial spirt and land use and development expertise to service a growing base of valued clients.

Previously as a business owner involved in residential development and design concrete construction, Tyler understands the client-side of the business, working alongside real estate investors, owners, developers, operators and site mangers to achieve desired outcomes. Tyler and his Prime & Tuvel team have obtained land use approvals for clients in numerous municipalities located in Counties across New Jersey and represented many national, regional and local real estate builders and developers.

Additionally, Tyler has experience negotiating redevelopment agreements and PILOT agreements on behalf of municipalities as well as private clients. Further, Tyler has assisted clients in complex commercial transactions related to buying, selling and financing projects.

Tyler earned his undergraduate degree, a B.A. in Business Management, from Gettysburg College in Gettysburg, PA and his J.D. Law Degree from Rutgers School of Law in Camden, NJ.

When not immersed in solving his client’s real estate plans, Tyler loves to share his love of music and the great outdoors with his family; coaching his son and daughter’s sports teams, playing his acoustic guitar while his son plays piano — or just out fishing.
