Sara R. Werner , Esquire, has been an associate with the firm since 2015. She focuses her practice on all aspects of land use and zoning law, including the representation of commercial clients and real estate developers in applications for site plan and subdivision approval, as well as variance proceedings.
Additionally, Sara works in conjunction with the other attorneys in the office in the representation of individual municipalities of the State of New Jersey in the firm’s capacity as municipal solicitor, as well as the representation of several municipal land use boards in the firm’s capacity as board solicitor.
Prior to joining Prime Law, Sara worked in a small firm in Center City Philadelphia where she gained vast litigation experience; having spent most of her days in the court room representing individuals in landlord/tenant, code enforcement and small claims.
In addition to appearing before local boards and in both municipal and county courts, Sara has successfully first-chaired cases in both bankruptcy and federal court within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Sara received her undergraduate degree, a B.A. in Criminal Justice, from Widener University in Chester, PA and her J.D. Law Degree from Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, DE.
In her free time, Sara enjoys watching movies, reading, and taking on D.I.Y. projects with her husband around their house.
