Trevor Endler is an associate attorney with Prime Tuvel & Miceli, where he focuses on land use law, development, redevelopment, and permitting matters. Trevor regularly guides residential, commercial and industrial developers through the application process for site plan and subdivision approvals, variances, and permits with various state and local agencies.

Prior to joining Prime Tuvel & Miceli, Trevor was an associate attorney in the land use and civil litigation department for a Union County law firm where he worked on a vast array of land use and property law matters, representing landowners and developers in litigation related to zoning, land use approvals, and landlord-tenant matters throughout the state of New Jersey. Trevor has appeared before the New Jersey Appellate Division and the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. He has written for nearly every level of the state and federal court system, with the exception of the US Supreme Court.

Prior to that, Trevor served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stacey K. Boretz, J.S.C. in the Superior Court of New Jersey, Criminal Division. He also served as a court-appointed mediator for landlord-tenant and small claims matters.

Trevor earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. During law school, he interned with Union County for two years where he assisted county attorneys on research projects, filing motions, and writing briefs and memos. Before law school, Trevor graduated from Lycoming College with his B.A. in Business and Corporate Communications. Trevor is licensed to practice law in the states of New Jersey and New York.

In his free time, Trevor enjoys traveling with his wife to music and sporting events. Trevor has also coached multiple youth swim teams for the last 15 years.
