After decades of representing our clients in their land use matters, I have a tremendous sense of pride whenever I view one of our many building accomplishments throughout the state. Helping our clients build the future is what we are all about.

– Timothy M. Prime, Esquire
Timothy M. Prime, Esquire, has been practicing law for over 40 years, with a primary focus on land use, municipal law and real estate development. His wealth of experience navigating complex and often sensitive issues is derived not only from years of representing private clients but also from serving as town attorneys for several New Jersey municipalities.

For example, Timothy has obtained approvals for clients in numerous municipalities located in almost every County in New Jersey, and is responsible for the development of numerous industrial, commercial and residential real estate projects throughout the State. He and the firm have also negotiated settlements of a number of affordable housing cases, representing both municipal and private developer clients.

In addition, Timothy has testified as an expert witness and has been recognized as an expert in the field of New Jersey land use law by the Superior Court of New Jersey. As a result, he has represented clients in land use litigation at all levels of the New Jersey Court system, including trials at the Superior Court level, appeals in the New Jersey Appellate Division and before the New Jersey Supreme Court.

Timothy received his undergraduate degree, a B.A. in Government and Law from Lafayette College in Easton, PA and his J.D. Law Degree from the Rutgers School of Law in Camden, NJ.

When not representing client’s interests, Timothy likes to enjoy time with his four children and their families, including five grandchildren. Love of his work clearly had an influence as three of his four children have also pursued careers as professional attorneys.
