Stephen Slaven

Stephen E. Slaven, Esquire, is Counsel to the Firm of Prime, Tuvel & Miceli.  He focuses his practice on all aspects of land use and zoning law, including the representation of commercial clients and real estate developers in applications for site plan and subdivision approval, as well as variance proceedings. In addition, Stephen provides commercial real estate contract and lease preparation and review. 

 

Prior to joining Prime, Tuvel & Miceli, he was an Assistant Prosecutor in Hudson County, NJ, an Associate with a large New Brunswick, NJ firm focusing on construction defect litigation and thereafter was a solo attorney with a general practice for over 10 years in Hamilton Township, NJ. Most recently Stephen was with a small firm with a diverse practice in Hightstown, New Jersey. 

 

Stephen graduated with a B.S. in Criminal Justice from Jersey City State College in 1994, and thereafter worked for several years as a health care fraud investigator with a large NY health insurance company. He received his J.D. degree from Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999.  In his free time, Stephen enjoys flyfishing and spending time with his wife, and sons.
