Michael Miceli represents developers, property owners, and users of real estate in the full range of commercial, industrial, office, and mixed-use projects. His practice focuses on: Redevelopment under the Local Redevelopment and Housing Law and the Long Term Tax Exemption Law, including preparation of Redevelopment Plans, Redevelopment Agreements, and Financial Agreements/PILOTs; Land Use Development Approvals from local Planning and Zoning Boards under the Municipal Land Use Law, as well as County Planning Boards under the County Planning Act; Real Estate Litigation, including Eminent Domain Proceedings and Real Property Tax Appeals; and Purchase and Sale and Leasing of Commercial Real Estate.
Michael earned his B.A., cum laude, from Fordham University in 1998. He earned his J.D. from Fordham University School of Law in 2001 where he was named to the Dean’s List.
When not quarterbacking his client’s projects, Michael enjoys spending time with his family, playing piano, singing, practicing martial arts, and watching football.
