Julia M. Hahn, Esquire, has been an associate with the firm since 2021. She focuses her practice on all aspects of land use and zoning, including the assistance in the representation of commercial clients and real estate developers in applications for site plan and subdivision approval, as well as variance proceedings.
Additionally, Julia works in conjunction with other attorneys in the office for individual municipalities of the State of New Jersey in the firm’s capacity as municipal solicitor, as well as the representation of several municipal land use boards in the firm’s capacity as board solicitor.
Prior to joining Prime & Tuvel, Julia worked for a small firm in Vineland, New Jersey where she gained a variety of litigation experience ranging from employment, real estate, probate, and personal injury. She also has experience in representing buyers and sellers in a wide array of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Julia received her undergraduate degree, a B.A. in English Literature and Religious Studies, from Hofstra University in Long Island, New York. She also received her J.D. Law Degree from Rutgers Law School in Camden, New Jersey. She is currently a member of the Young Lawyers’ Division of the New Jersey State Bar Association.
In her free time, Julia enjoys reading, going to concerts in the greater Philadelphia area, and taking adventures with her Westie Terrier.
