Gabriela Gutierrez
Gabriela Gutierrez is an associate attorney with Prime Tuvel & Miceli, where she focuses on land use matters. Prior to joining the firm, Gabriela served as a Judicial Law Clerk to Honorable Mary K. Costello, Presiding Judge of the Chancery Division in Hudson County Superior Court, where she managed a high‑volume docket involving probate, guardianship, foreclosure, and complex real‑property disputes. She developed a strong sense of judgment in resolving sensitive matters through her work in analyzing title defects, lien priority, fiduciary obligations, and contractual enforcement issues.
Gabriela earned her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, New Jersey. During law school, she worked at Prime Tuvel & Miceli on land use matters, served as a Judicial Extern to the Honorable Lisa Adubato in Essex County and Hudson County, and interned with a law firm in Newark, NJ. During that time, she completed research on zoning, redevelopment, and planning policy. Before law school, Gabriela earned a Master’s in Counseling from Montclair State University and a B.A. in Public Administration from Kean University.
Outside the office, Gabriela enjoys Pilates, traveling, and spending time with her family. She is bilingual in English and Spanish. Gabriela is licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey.
