With more than nine years of experience, David Rubin focuses his practice in the area of redevelopment and land use. Prior to joining Prime, Tuvel & Miceli, David worked as an attorney for a NJ law firm focusing on redevelopment and real estate law. David is versed in various real estate matters which includes reviewing purchase/sale agreements, leases, and other commercial real estate documents related to financing.

Prior to that, David worked as an Attorney for a title insurance company.  During his years at the title company, David reviewed title records, entity organizational documents for commercial and residential properties and conducted continuing legal education seminars in all areas affecting title to real property. David also served as in-house counsel to a privately held commercial real estate company, giving legal guidance on their diverse national real estate portfolio.
