Prime & Tuvel Appoints New Partner Allyson Kasetta, Esquire

Hackensack, NJ – December 2, 2019 – Prime Law, LLC, a leading full-service commercial and residential land use and real estate development law firm in New Jersey, today announced the addition of Allyson Kasetta, Esquire, as a new Partner in the firm’s new office in Hackensack, NJ.

Allyson Kasetta, Esquire is recognized as a top-rated Land Use & Zoning attorney and has been selected as a “Rising Star” in prior years by Super Lawyers, a rating service of lawyers by independent researchers and peer reviews.

“Allyson’s rich experience throughout the State of New Jersey enables her to provide a unique perspective on the interactions between developers and approving authorities, as well as a familiarity with the practices and procedures of many different municipalities,” said Jason Tuvel, Partner of Prime & Tuvel. “We are thrilled Allyson has joined the Prime & Tuvel team. Her experience with multiple planning boards and zoning boards across the State will be a true asset to our valued clients.”

Joining from Price Meese Schulman & D’Arminio, P.C., Allyson specializes in land use, development, redevelopment and permitting matters for residential, commercial, and industrial developers of all sizes. With over 16 years of experience, Allyson has deep, specialized knowledge of redevelopment law and frequently navigates development projects though a complex maze of approvals. She expertly manages every step of the process from redevelopment designation to final negotiation of a redeveloper’s agreement.

“I am excited to be joining Prime & Tuvel, a well-established and rapidly-growing firm in real estate planning and development. Prime & Tuvel has a reputation for excellent client service and the attorneys at Prime & Tuvel have been involved with many of the state’s leading strategic and economic development projects over the past four decades,” said Allyson Kasetta, Partner of Prime & Tuvel.

Allyson served as Public Defender and Planning Board Attorney for the Township of Saddle Brook through 2014, and she previously represented several other Planning and Zoning Boards in northern New Jersey . She began her career in land use at Kaufman Semeraro Bern Deutsch & Liebman where she worked as a Land Use Paralegal while pursuing her Law Degree from Rutgers University School of Law in Newark, NJ. Allyson added, “My time as a Land Use Paralegal was formative. Exposure to the innerworkings of land use and zoning law helped hone my skills and interests early in my career. Law school may teach you to think like a lawyer, but it doesn’t teach you how to work like a lawyer. I was fortunate to have the experience of working in my chosen field while still in school.”

“Allyson has guided developers through site plan approvals, subdivision approvals, variances, permit approvals and large-scale redevelopment projects,” added Tuvel. “I can attest to her tenacity and tough negotiating skills – all things we look forward to Allyson continuing to deliver for our clients moving forward.”

From retail shopping centers, to mixed use buildings, warehousing and manufacturing buildings, Allyson has successfully represented clients to obtain land use approvals across the entire state of New Jersey. To read more about Allyson and the firm, visit www.primetuvel.com.
