Real estate development in New Jersey can be challenging, with multiple layers of bureaucracy and governmental agencies with jurisdiction over projects. New Jersey is a strong “home rule” state, with extensive municipal involvement in addition to significant state and county regulation of development. By limiting our legal services to the land use process, our office has been able to serve as the coordinator and “quarterback” for projects, guiding our clients through the maze of regulations to a positive result for their projects.
