Jason R. Tuvel, Esquire, has been fully immersed in New Jersey Land Usage and Development law for the past 15 years. Recognized as a Super Lawyers “Rising Star” for the past 9 years, Jason is a recognized speaker at ICLE events and a sought-after contributor to legal education seminars on New Jersey Land Use and Development law.
From retail shopping centers, to mix use buildings, warehousing and manufacturing buildings, Jason has successfully represented clients in court to obtain land use approvals for clients in all 21 Counties of New Jersey. This a proud accomplishment that not many attorneys can claim.
Jason Tuvel was named Partner of Prime & Tuvel in July, 2019 and heads up the North Jersey offices, while continuing to support the South Jersey office; enabling state-wide representation for our clients in all real estate matters big and small.
Jason received his undergraduate degree, a B.A., from Rutgers University in New Brunswick, NJ and his J.D. Law Degree from Rutgers School of Law in Newark, NJ.
When not servicing his client’s short- and long-term objectives, Jason loves to spend time with his family; watching baseball and football and playing with his young daughter and son.
