The firm has opened a new office location in Jersey City, NJ where Michael will head up the firm’s operations.
Michael is a recognized expert in redevelopment and land use law in New Jersey where he’s been a practicing lawyer for over 22 years. From retail and commercial uses to mixed-use buildings to warehousing and manufacturing projects, Michael has successfully represented clients in obtaining redevelopment and land use approvals in municipalities throughout the State. He has also successfully represented clients in eminent domain matters and real property tax appeals.
Michael has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers, a rating service of lawyers by independent researchers and peer reviews. He has also been listed on the Bayonne Power List 2018 (#10) by Hudson County Chronicles. He has served as the President of the Jersey City Chapter of Unico National and was elected a Unico District Governor as well. He is a graduate of Fordham University, cum laude, and Fordham University School of Law, where he was named to the Dean’s List.
