Duncan M. Prime, Esquire, has been practicing law for over 15 years, with a primary focus on land use, municipal law and real estate development. His area of expertise is leading his team’s mastery of the application review and approval process. As a result, he seamlessly navigates and represents the interests of each client in every single reviewing agency that has jurisdiction over their land use application.
For example while at Prime & Tuvel, Duncan has obtained approvals for clients in numerous municipalities located in almost every County in New Jersey. He is also responsible for the development of many industrial, commercial and residential real estate projects throughout the State. A natural leader, Duncan takes pride in educating his clients on the various nuances of New Jersey land use law, which is arguably the most complicated in the country.
Duncan received his undergraduate degree, a B.A. in Sociology from Lafayette College in Easton, PA and his J.D. Law Degree from New England Law in Boston, MA.
Beyond the thrill of quarterbacking client matters, Duncan loves to spend time with his family, including his two young daughters – particularly at the Jersey Shore during summer months.
