Associate Attorney

For over 40 years, Prime & Tuvel has successfully represented commercial clients, real estate developers, home builders, and homeowners in applications for site plan and subdivision approval, variance proceedings, and other matters related to zoning and land use issues.

The firm also represents clients in all aspects of a commercial real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, initial due diligence and title review, contract and lease drafting and negotiation, and closing.

Prime & Tuvel is in search of an Associate Attorney licensed in both NJ and NY. (License to practice in both states is required).

Previous land use, zoning, redevelopment, municipal and/or transactional law experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train if candidate is willing to learn.

Must be willing to drive to and represent clients at night-time hearings.

The Associate will be in the Hackensack office.

Ideal candidate will be available to begin working September of 2021.
