The firm also represents clients in all aspects of a commercial real estate transactions, including, but not limited to, initial due diligence and title review, contract and lease drafting and negotiation, and closing.
Previous land use, zoning, redevelopment, municipal and/or transactional law experience is preferred but not required. Willing to train if candidate is willing to learn.
Must be willing to drive to and represent clients at night-time hearings.
The Associate will be in the Hackensack office.
Ideal candidate will be available to begin working September of 2021.
